Victoria Beckham got ready to leave LA yesterday as she flew out to see injured husband David who had his World Cup hopes crushed this week by a ruptured Achilles tendon. She wore head-to-toe black for the flight in a cute shift dress with her Hermes Birkin and flat ballet pumps. It's great to see that Victoria is continuing to embrace her new found love for flats! The 2010 Oscars may well have come to an end now, but the parties are still going strong! None of the British actors were winners this year, but English costume designer Sandy Powell took home a gong for her work on The Young Victoria.

Meanwhile, on the red carpet, British ladies were putting on a good show in a gorgeous array of frocks. Whilst Kate Winslet and Victoria Beckham rocked neutral shades, Kate Beckinsale, Carey Mulligan, Helen Mirren and Katie Price went for something more sparkly. Victoria Beckham has been jetting around a lot lately, especially across Europe, but finally returned to Los Angeles last night as she was spotted at LAX. The singer turned designer was spotted wearing unusually flat shoes at the airport (she once said, "I beyond hate ballerina flats – I can't even walk in them. Sport Relief sees names like David Beckham, Fearne Cotton and Claudia Winkleman coming together to get active and change lives. Following the success of her dress line, Victoria Beckham has been lending a hand this year by designing the t-shirts. She, with a little help from her husband and three gorgeous sons, has been creating charity t-shirts for the event which takes place from 19th - 21st March. ...Cheryl Cole! It seems like Cheryl's X Factor style has won you guys over as you've voted her to be the most stylish Brit of 2009. She was followed closely by fellow WAG turned designer Victoria Beckham. Last years winner Kate Moss clearly hasn't impressed you as much in 2009 and she came in fourth.
