Pirate boots have always been part of the fashion lovers wardrobe but this season as punk and grunge influences take over our style they're back in the spotlight.
Pirate boots came in to the limelight thanks to Vivienne Westwood who included them in her 1981 pirate collection. Since then hers have becoming the classic version but the style has been copied many times.

She may have slightly fallen off our radar recently but Agyness Deyn was spotted out in New York yesterday shopping at Agent Provocateur. She recently had a haircut which most of you weren't impressed with but now that it's grown out a little and is a bit messier I think it looks better. Agyness was wearing a pair of Vivienne Westwood pirate boots but if you don't have the budget for designer prices then Topshop offer a great alternative.

Both Kate Moss and Sienna Miller were spotted in Vivienne Westwood pirate boots which they gave their own unique twist with statement jackets. Nearly all of the papers this weekend featured this racy new lingerie ad for Agent Provocateur starring the gorgeous Helena Christensen. The 39-year-old model appears in a string of pirate themed adverts also featuring Alice Dellal.
Helena appears wearing the latest AP pirate collection and over the knee boots.
