The long awaited designer discount site The Outnet has finally launched this morning. The sister site of net-a-porter offers pieces by Christian Louboutin, Chloe, Vivienne Westwood and Stella McCartney to name but a few for a heavily reduced price. For example, you can bag a pair of Chloe heels for £72 (instead of £362) or a 3.1 Phillip Lim blouse for £69 (down from £232).

It used to be a store reserved for your Mum and for picking up comfortable underwear, but these days Marks and Spencer have really upped their game, possibly encouraging you to raid your Mother's wardrobe! Today they've launched their mid season sale offering reduced price pieces from their womenswear ranges including the Limited Collection. Sadly the Richard Nicoll-esque colour block tunic (£19.50) which I have been lusting after is still at full price, but there are plenty of other bargains to be found from as little as £5!

Nearly every girl goes weak at the knees for a pair of beautiful heels. Flats are practical and so much more comfortable, but they just don't seem to hold the same lure as a beautifully sculpted killer heel. One of the most highly anticipated sales started this morning and it's as exciting as you might hope! Even when you're completely skint you seem to be able to find money for Topshop and today they're offering lots of items for less. Pieces from their designer collaborations like those Peter Jensen dresses and Preen shoes are nearly half price.

It's too late to shop online for presents now (they won't be delivered in time) so you might as well start treating yourself to a few sale bargains, right? There are many online sales to chose from already but mywardrobe.com has more bargains which are sure to tempt you.

The economic climate has encouraged stores to bring their sales forward in order to improve sales in December. This is all well and good and will surely work but what if you find a pair of shoes you've been lusting after all season at a reduced price and you haven't finished your Christmas shopping?
This is exactly what happened to me this morning when I found out about the Matches sale and found those Burberry Prorsum heels reduced to £169.
