Sarah Jessica Parker has had a busy week as she's made several red carpet appearances. The actress has obviously had an amazing wardrobe to support each occasion including frocks by Lanvin, Marchesa and Halston Heritage (who she recently landed a role with). Each one was thigh skimming allowing for some gorgeous shoes too. Out of these three looks, which do you think is the most fab?

Marchesa has long been a red carpet staple. The British design house creates classic, floor sweeping gowns which are adored by celebrities. Recently, several gorgeous girls have worn Georgina Chapman's designs on the red carpet including Kate Hudson and Anna Kendrick at the Golden Globe awards. Also, late last year Fergie wore a one shoulder Marchesa dress to the New York premiere of Nine. Out of these three, who do you think wore Marchesa best?

Marchesa To Design Makeup Collection For Le Métier de Beauté

Ever since I had an extravagant makeover at the new Le Métier de Beauté counter in Liberty, I've been in awe of their creamy foundation, biscotti scented glosses and their intensely pigmented shadows and lipsticks. Although I don't always go for the obvious bright green and blue hues, I'm obsessed with Alexandrite, a metallic plum that makes my hazel eyes pop!

Apparently, the fashion house Marchesa, which is headed by Georgina Chapman and Kerin Craig, are equally enthralled with the luxury brand. In fact, LMDB is scheduled to do the makeup for the February, 2010 Marchesa New York Fashion Show, and they will also replace NARS as the sponsor. Additionally, Georgina is creating a mini-collection due out in 2011. Now she can personally customise the colours that she wants used on her runways!

I've always loved when fashion and beauty collide and this kind of collaboration is truly exciting for both brands. I see big things in the future for Le Métier de Beauté. The once quiet, but extremely high quality range that can count Victoria Beckman, Christina Aguilera, Eve, and Nelly Furtado among their fans is sure to explode once the buzz of this beauty company gets out. Behind the Seams: Georgina Chapman for Garrard Launch

Over a year ago, it was announced that Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman would be a guest designer for classic jewellery house Garrard. The jewellers was previously under the direction of Jade Jagger. Last night in New York, her first efforts were unveiled to a celebrity crowd. The likes of Helena Christensen, Becki Newton and Mischa Barton were there to celebrate the launch. Click through to see the jewellery and photos from the launch.

Fab Flash: Georgina Chapman for Garrard

Head designer of Marchesa Georgina Chapman is to branch out into jewellery. It was announced yesterday that she will be a guest designer for Garrard whilst they continue to find a replacement for previous creative director Jade Jagger. Garrard is most famous for providing Princess Diana engagement ring.

Chapman is designing a collection that will be revealed at New York Fashion Week next September – possibly accessorising the Marchesa Spring 2010 line. It will interestingly be titled 'Georgina Chapman for Garrard' rather than Marchesa for Gerrard. Prices are expected to range from $10,000 to $15,000.

Chapman stated, I’ve always had an interest in jewellery. I have a few pieces of jewellery, but I’m by no means Elizabeth Taylor.”

This news is particularly intriguing as Chapman appears to be distancing herself slightly from business partner Keren Craig. Earlier this year Marchesa was realigned slightly as Craig became co-designer.

Fab Flash: Mischa Barton Presents Marchesa with Business Award

As awards season continues the Britain's Best 2008 awards took place in London honouring outstanding Britons in business, art, television, music, film, and sport. The Marchesa duo Keren Craig and Georgina Chapman were there to collect a Business Award from Mischa Barton.

There has been some controversy surrounding them recently as their roles within Marchesa have reportedly changed. The British born design duo are big on both sides of the Atlantic with stockists including Selfridges, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman.

On Our Radar: Marchesa to Launch Bridal Collection

Last week Coleen McLoughlin had an eleven-hour fitting with Marchesa for her wedding dress. Coleen, who is due to get married to footballer Wayne Rooney this summer, has obviously inspired Marchesa as today it was announced that they would be launching a bridal collection. Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman has a fair amount of experience with bridal gowns as she designed her own dress for her wedding to Miramax mogul Harvey Weinstein last December.

Marchesa are set to launch a capsule wedding collection next month, with designs for Coleen's dress being kept closely under wraps. It has been reported that a team of security guards escorted Georgina from the fitting with Coleen. Knowing that Marchesa is so popular on the red carpet, we can't wait to see their bridal line.
