Keira Knightley attended the Laurence Olivier Awards nominees lunch yesterday looking more stylish than we've seen her in a while. Keira has been leaving the theatre every day in the same outfit whilst she performs in The Misanthrope, but yesterday she let her hair down a little by wearing a Miu Miu Spring ensemble. She covered up the look in a Burberry trench coat for a very chic look.
Looking Back at the BAFTAs Red Carpet
We're in the midst of award season and although the majority of events have been taking place stateside, it's only a matter of weeks until the 2010 BAFTAs. The award show is the closest thing we have to the Oscars and I'm always excited to see the red carpet action. Who knows what 2010 will have in store, but I'm hoping to see Carey Mulligan, Ann Marie Duff and maybe even Emily Blunt.

However, unlike fellow actor Anna Friel, Keira is playing down her wardrobe by wearing a very similar outfit every day. Yesterday in Paris at the Chanel Chanel 2009 Spring Haute Couture Show, Keira Knightley arrived dressed to impress with fresh cut fringe that fell just past her brows (what a great way to hide eyebrows in between appointments)! Kiera isn't new to the fringe fashion, in fact, a few weeks ago she wore them squared off with a wave at the Independent Film Awards. Also, back in September at the Toronto International Film Festival, her fringe was straight and side-swept at a press conference for The Duchess.

With the recent news that Keira Knightley has been voted 'best pout' in a poll, beating Kylie Minogue and Victoria Beckham to the top spot, I've been thinking about the downside to plumped-up lips; cruelly dubbed the 'trout pout'.
The term was first used in reference to '90's TV actress Leslie Ash who had collagen lip implants in 2003. The procedure went horribly wrong, giving her an unmistakably swollen and misshapen mouth.
