British designers are included in the latest line up of names creating affordable pieces for Target. This includes a return to fashion by Luella Bartley who's brand went in to administration in 2009. It is given in conjunction with Vogue and is the UK equivalent of the CFDA /Vogue Fashion Fund which was this year awarded to Billy Reid.
