I don't know about you, but I'm thankful that most spa menus have a description blurb underneath the treatment names so I can read about all of the different therapies.
However, on the rare occasion that these explanation blurbs are missing, it helps to have some kind of an idea about their definitions so that you don't feel silly asking a million questions when booking an appointment, and also so that don't get ripped off spending a fortune on something you don't even understand!
Take my quiz to test your knowledge on how much you know about spa verbiage below.

Being European, we all travel a lot. It's just what we do, however, it wasn't until I was older that I really started paying attention to the industry in each of the different countries that I've visited. I'm loving the creative names of beauty products at the moment, inspired by retro romantic fiction, like the iconic Mills & Boon novels. Benefit's Valley of The Stars, for example, is actually a mini compact with their famous High Beam and Moon Beam highlighters, but it could just as easily be a story of forbidden love and adulterous intrigue!
Can you figure out which of the following are the names of beauty products or titles of Mills & Boon books?

The noughties were all about glam, especially at the Academy Awards. The Oscars are my favourite awards show of the year because the big stars really bring out the big guns when it comes to gowns, accessories, makeup and especially hair. These celebrities have decorated their updo's in gorgeous jewels and falls fit for a princess or a bride.

My pal BellaSugar US has done a series on hair extension quizzes that everybody has loved, so I've decided to bring this feature to the UK! Try and see if you can tell whose hair is real from those who's gotten a little extra help with volume and/or length — good luck!
