The 2013 Tribeca Film Festival has officially come to a close, and the annual event brought many of Hollywood's biggest stars to the Big Apple. Over the weekend, Julianne Moore got dressed up in purple for a screening of The English Teacher, while Justin Long kicked back with a Heineken at the afterparty for Single Shot. Kate Hudson stunned in a white Jenny Packham dress to attend the premiere of her film The Reluctant Fundamentalist with her director, Mira Nair, and costar Kiefer Sutherland last week, and pregnant trio Busy Philipps, Kat Coiro, and Evan Rachel Wood compared bumps at the Case of You premiere last weekend.

David Beckham brought along his Galaxy teammate Robbie Keane to sit courtside at last night's Lakers game in LA. A usual face in the front row at the Staples Center, David cheered on the basketball squad with Robbie, an Irish player, on one side and Adam Levine on the other. Adam and David got into the action, though only one brought along their significant other — Adam had his model girlfriend, Behati Prinsloo, by his side, but Victoria Beckham stayed home. Despite the sports action, Adam still took time to send his well wishes to those suffering in the wake of Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast. Adam tweeted, "Sending love to those who need it on the east coast. You are all in our thoughts."

There were plenty more stars on hand in addition to David and Adam. Katy Perry stayed close to her dad and far away from her ex-husband, Russell Brand. Zac Efron was also there to cheer for the Lakers despite their 91-99 loss to the visiting Mavericks.

The stars of The Paperboy were up early in France to promote their project at the Cannes Film Festival today. Nicole Kidman, Zac Efron, and Matthew McConaughey's morning photocall comes after an appearance on the French show Le Grand Journal just yesterday. Zac opened up about filming mostly in his underwear, saying, "I don't think I was supposed to feel comfortable. It's like life. This character is supposed to be learning the ways of the world, and that can be very uncomfortable. But it's also exciting." The trio will be back in the spotlight later today, when they premiere their movie at the Grand Palais.

Zac Efron stepped out in a sophisticated George Clinton suit for the Berlin premiere of The Lucky One yesterday. He was joined by his costar Taylor Schilling, who walked the red carpet alongside him in a black Alaia dress. Zac also sported a bandage on his left hand. Zac injured his hand, and joked earlier this week that the wound was a result of being bitten by an overzealous fan.

Zac and Taylor are already enjoying success with The Lucky One, which opened in the number two spot over the weekend, and have been making appearances at the film's many European premieres. Zac will soon wrap up this round of press duties, but he'll be back at it again later this year when his next movie The Paperboy hits theaters.

Taylor wore a bright Peter Pilotto dress and peek-a-boo Rupert Sanderson heels for the occasion, while Zac dressed up in a sharp suit but appeared to be nursing a hand injury, with a bandage wrapped around one of his palms. Zac and Taylor's film hit theaters in the USA this weekend and made a strong showing at the box office, taking the second-place position. In the lead, though, was the romantic comedy Think Like a Man. The two love-themed films combined to finally knock The Hunger Games out of the leading spot after a solid month at the top. Some of The Lucky One's ticket-sales success might be due to Zac's work promoting the film in recent weeks. He graces the new cover of Men's Health and made several TV appearances, including a comical visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live, during which Jimmy put Zac's bra-unhooking skills to the test and got him to reveal his "musical theater geek" side.

Zac Efron and Taylor Schilling teamed up last night at the Cinema Society and Men's Health screening of The Lucky One in NYC. Zac is the magazine's latest cover star, and though the publication is geared toward guys, he had the support of plenty of women yesterday. His leading ladies Taylor and Blythe Danner shared the spotlight with him, while Nicky Hilton and model Doutzen Kroes likewise stopped by to see the film. One of the most important women in Zac's life — his mother, Starla — has also had a chance to watch the movie. Last night, Zac said he felt awkward during the love scenes when Starla joined him for a recent screening. Zac admitted that he even tried to sneak out of the theater during the hot-and-heavy moments.

Zac Efron and Taylor Schilling teamed up for the LA premiere of The Lucky One last night at Grauman's Chinese Theatre. They had company on the green carpet from costars Jay R. Ferguson, Riley Thomas Stewart, and Blythe Danner. Even Zac's High School Musical buddy Ashley Tisdale, decked out in a two-toned Naven dress, came out.

Taylor and Zac have been racking up the frequent flier miles promoting their Nicholas Sparks adaptation. They were recently Down Under, promoting the film in Sydney and Melbourne with press events and screenings. The picture is full of the love scenes we've come to expect from big-screen versions of Sparks's books. Zac didn't mind the sex scenes and said at the premiere yesterday, "Everyone builds those scenes up. There is sort of a fear inherent in everyone else so me and Taylor weren't afraid at all."

Zac's been all over Australia in recent days with stops in Sydney and Melbourne. He fit in a round of golf on Easter and lounged shirtless on the balcony of his hotel prior to kicking off his tour of Oz. Golf is one of the many activities that keep Zac's body in top shape, and he's showing off the results of his strict fitness routine on the May cover of Men's Health.

The cast is returning to the States this weekend as their promotional tour continues with a stop at California's Camp Pendleton on Sunday. They'll screen the Nicholas Sparks film for troops, then return to LA for Monday's big US premiere. Zac's busy schedule may not allow him to make a trek to Coachella this year. In addition to Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Alexander Skarsgard, he's among the long list of Hollywood stars who love Coachella. The festival, which starts today, will continue next weekend, so there's a chance he can catch Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, and other major acts performing in Palm Desert at some point.
