Wrap dresses are one of the most flattering silhouettes, and the latest examples come from two ladies — wearing one dress. Kim Kardashian was just spotted wearing Salvatore Ferragamo's houndstooth printed dress paired with black pumps, a matching clutch, red lips, and a sleek pulled-back ponytail on the Today Show. Jessica Hart wore the same dress during Fashion Week, styled with a high bun and a little bling factor via a dazzling collar statement necklace. It's the battle of the babes — which one gets your vote?
Burberry upped the ante with it's classic trench for Spring 2011 by adding a touch of leather. Zara Phillips rocked one of the new season coats last week at the Cheltenham festival opting for the cotton and leather trench (£1,895) with a beret, thick black tights and multi strap heels (£595) also by Burberry. Christine Bleakley wore the same trench last night to the premiere of A Turtle's Tale. She wore hers with black skinny jeans and Christian Louboutin heels. Out of these two ladies, who wore it best?
Earlier this week, Emma Watson stepped out in fashion brand of the moment – Carven. Emma wore a beige collar dress (£645), which you might recognise from Alexa Chung's recent Elle cover. Carven designer Guillaume Henry included this dress in his Autumn must haves. Alexa wore it in blue with flats, whilst Emma teamed hers with platform heels and a studded Burberry Spring '11 mac. Out of these two girls, which do you think wore it better?
Earlier this week, most of you loved this cheeky top on Jaime Winstone, but she isn't the first celebrity to wear it. At the start of the Summer, Diana Vickers also wore the top at the Isle of Wight festival. Both girls wore the top with a skirt, but Jaime went for more of a print. Out of these two lovely girls, who do you think wore it best?
The GQ Men of the Year Awards took place in London last night attracting a load of stylish people. One of the guests on the red carpet was Hayley Atwell who wore an eye catching yellow polka dot mini dress. You might remember that Ashley Greene also wore the frock earlier this year to the Nylon Young Hollywood party. Both girls have teamed the D&G dress with black peep toe heels, but it still looks quite different. I wonder, who do you think wore it better?
When I attended the Mulberry show back in February, it seemed like they'd placed much more emphasis on the clothes for Autumn and it appears to have paid off. This week, two stars have worn the Raglan dress (£550). Firstly, Liv Tyler styled up the frock at Comic Con with black sandals before Fearne Cotton dressed hers down with flat androgynous shoes. These two girls have very different styles, but who do you think wore it best?
Marchesa has long been a red carpet staple. The British design house creates classic, floor sweeping gowns which are adored by celebrities. Recently, several gorgeous girls have worn Georgina Chapman's designs on the red carpet including Kate Hudson and Anna Kendrick at the Golden Globe awards. Also, late last year Fergie wore a one shoulder Marchesa dress to the New York premiere of Nine. Out of these three, who do you think wore Marchesa best?
Sarah Harding celebrated her birthday over the weekend with a party at her night spot, Kanaloa. She wore a Spring 2009 Preen dress to the party, which we saw much earlier in the year on Leighton Meester at a Nylon party. Leighton wore hers with strappy sandals whilst Sarah went for slightly chunkier heels and a gold clutch. Out of these two lovely ladies, which do you think wore it better?
Giles Deacon is heading to Paris this September to show his Spring collection as he won ADNAM sponsorship. The British designer is one of the key names thats helped put London back on the fashion map and he continues to push boundaries with his designs. One of his Autumn 2009 pieces has been receiving a bit of celebrity support this week as Victoria Beckham wore it to New York's Fashion Night Out. The singer turned designer isn't the first to wear it as Giles' friend Agyness Deyn also wore it earlier in the year. Both girls gave the item their own touch and wore it in very different ways, but who wore it best?
This week, two of our favourite ladies have opted to go nude on the red carpet, but don't worry – nobody's modesty was compromised! Both Chloe Sevigny and Diane Kruger stepped out in on trend neutral frocks. Diane's revealed a bit of cleavage at the Berlin Inglorious Basterds premiere, where as Chloe showed off her enviable pins in killer sandals. Out of these two looks, which do you prefer?
