Keira Knightley attended the London premiere of her latest movie The Duchess last night in London's Leicester Square. Much like the premiere of The Edge of Love where Keira backed upcoming designer Erdem, she opted for a relatively unknown designer piece. She wore a blue Alexis Mabille Fall 2008 Couture dress with Chanel jewellery and black Moschino heels.

Keira Knightley stars in this Autumn's must-see costume drama The Duchess which documents the life, and more specifically marriage of Georgiana, The Duchess of Devonshire who was arguably the first, real style icon.
With her own unique style, Georgiana captured the heart of the English in the 18th century. She wore amazing wigs, gorgeous dresses and plenty of wonderful headwear including many feathers!

Yesterday in Paris at the Chanel Chanel 2009 Spring Haute Couture Show, Keira Knightley arrived dressed to impress with fresh cut fringe that fell just past her brows (what a great way to hide eyebrows in between appointments)! Kiera isn't new to the fringe fashion, in fact, a few weeks ago she wore them squared off with a wave at the Independent Film Awards. Also, back in September at the Toronto International Film Festival, her fringe was straight and side-swept at a press conference for The Duchess.

The Royal Variety Performance took place on Thursday night at the London Palladium. The likes of Leona Lewis and Take That performed to Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles. Camilla made an unusual choice in terms of dress wearing a specially commissioned design by Dame Vivienne Westwood.
