See Who's Been Cast in This Is Where I Leave You
Adaptations are all the rage these days, and the upcoming big-screen version of Jonathan Tropper's novel This Is Where I Leave You is one adaptation we're eagerly anticipating, since we loved the book about a dysfunctional family begrudgingly coming together. Shawn Levy is directing, and Jason Bateman is on board to fill the shoes of main character Judd, one of four siblings who assemble to sit shiva when their father dies. If you've read the book, then you'll want to see who's playing who, so check out the casting so far.

Kristen Bell and Anna Kendrick Launch Target's New Film Together
Kristen Bell stepped out to premiere her short film for Target, Falling For You, at Terminal 5 in NYC last night. Kristen had the support of Anna Kendrick on the red carpet, and the pair chatted and laughed their way into the party. Rose Byrne, AnnaSophia Robb, and Nia Long also stepped out for the bash. Kristen stars in the Target movie, which was directed by Mad Men's Phil Abraham, and she actually premiered the piece with the help of fiancé Dax Shepard last week in LA. Anna, meanwhile, is coming off of her own promotional tour for her latest box office hit, Pitch Perfect, which hit the big screen last Friday.

The New Hot and Heavy Brunette Fringe

Brunette celebrities like Rose Byrne, Leighton Meester, and Olivia Wilde are setting trends with their new hairstyles. Heavy, blunt-cut fringe in the front with long and straight hair on the sides is making its way back to the red carpet from the 1960s. This Jane Birkin look is simple enough to achieve, and any stylist could cut this type of fringe if you bring in a photo, but don't kid yourself into thinking this look is low maintenance. To rock perfectly smooth fringe you'll need to put in a few extra minutes in front of the mirror using handy tools like styling spray, a blow dryer, and a round brush. Also, plan on carving out some extra time for fringe touch-ups every two weeks at the salon. Would you ever cut heavy fringe?

Rose Byrne looked impeccably chic last night for an appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman, donning a sexy Dolce and Gabbana leopard print dress and Sergio Rossi pumps. We found her exact look for those who covet her designer style, but if you're looking to get the look at a lower price, we've got you covered.

10 Cool Crochet Pieces For Summer
Crochet can get sold short; for some, it conjures up memories of hippie-chic style icons like Janis Joplin and Stevie Nicks, and for others, it can be a reminder of our Grandma's favorite pastime. Though it may have folksy connotations, crochet doesn't have to be a total blast from the past. Case in point: Rose Byrne — she recently hosted Zimmermann's Resort collection dinner wearing the designers' super sweet knee-length dress with gorgeous crochet detailing at the neck, and an almost patchwork crochet design throughout. You can also glean inspiration from the Alexander McQueen Resort collection, and Spring '11 offerings from Malandrino; both lines infused artful crocheting into their looks, bringing an easy, bohemian sensibility to the sometimes-intimidating fabrication. Just click through to see 10 pretty pieces that might just make you a crochet convert.
