Trend Alert: Plaid Shirts
Plaid shirts (aka tartan) are all the rage this Autumn/Winter. They're warm, comfortable and they look terrific with skinny jeans or cords. Celebrities such as Lauren Conrad from MTV's hit show The Hills has been spotted in three different plaid tops this season alone.
Love it or Hate it: Kimberly Stewart in Tartan
Celebrity hairdresser James Brown celebrated his birthday yesterday surrounded by his London based party girls. The likes of Kate Moss, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Jo Wood partied at Volstead last night. But it was Kimberly Stewart who caught my fashion eye as she wore a brightly coloured tartan shirt dress for the occasion.

Look of the Day: Spring Style
Dressing for Spring is notoriously difficult and one which I often rely upon a cardigan for! You can add a cardigan (and tights) to a summer dress, to a pretty top or even to a playsuit and it becomes instantly wearable on a cooler day. Sugar reader Kalliefornia is well aware of this and even threw a bright plaid scarf in to the mix.
