Last week we showed you stills from the latest Mulberry Autumn/Winter campaign, and now the ad video is live for all the world to watch. Set at Shotover House in Oxfordshire, the beautiful Cara Delevigne poses with real owls, luxury handbags and accessories, all whilst she is wearing the iconic brand's lastest clothing collection. Directed by Ronnie Cooke Newhouse, this "wild and romantic woodland" re-created inside of the old manor is nothing short of magical. Watch all 36 seconds and leave a comment to let me know what you think!
For us, Kate Moss and Glastonbury go together like nobody's business — and with this year's festival starting next week, we've got her on the brain. It's images of Kate — not muddy fields, boldly named headliners, or rows of tipis set up for exhausted partiers — that come to mind when we start thinking of the classic English music festival.
Whether or not you're packing to get yourself across the pond next week for the start of this year's festivities, there's something to be learned (and copied) from the model's slightly grungy and totally boho outfits.
Oh how we love you Mulberry, let us count the ways. It's exciting to find out that model of the moment, Cara Delevingne is the newest face of the label, starring in the ad campaign for the Autumn/Winter 2013 collection. Set in Shotover House in Oxfordshire, England, the theme of the shoot was a romantic woodland scene inside of an old manor. Using real owls and trees in the photos, what actually steals the show are the newest versions of the Bayswater Double Zip Tote along with the Willow, the new Primrose design and of course the clothing and other accessories showcased in oxblood, navy, taupe and emerald colours.
Although Mulberry released official images today, the excited 20-year old model, gave us all a little sneak peek on Instagram yesterday. Cara isn't new to the brand, she walked in their February runway show and has said that she's always been a fan. Join the club CD! Emma Hill, Creative Director for Mulberry, who incidentally has just announced that she is leaving the iconic brand said in a press release,
"The A/W 2013 collection was inspired by the English countryside and cosy, familiar rural scenes but with a dark, mysterious and seductive veil. Traditional fables, botanical prints and the earthiness of the countryside by night all played their part, and this sense of dark beauty was beautifully captured by Tim and Ronnie for the campaign. After closing our London Fashion Week show, Cara was the first name in my mind for this season, she’s beautiful, bold and British!"
Before the Coco Rochas and Chanel Imans of the modeling world, there were "The Big Six," a crop of supermodels who dominated all things hair, fashion, and makeup in the late 1980s and early 1990s. These days, actresses and pop stars often fill the positions left behind by these powerhouse models. So, let's take a trip down memory lane to see how much these six ladies have — and haven't — changed.

Never before have I witnessed the evolution of an it girl like with Cara Delevigne. Whether she is walking the catwalk, a red carpet or landing a fashion spread, cover or advert, this Chelsea born babe is has a passport to envy — not to mention a bank account. Now I find out that she has also landed a beauty campaign for Yves Saint Laurent's latest mascara launch. Yes, just say it...Cara for mascara — it's all just too perfect!
The mascara is called YSL Baby Doll and will be available from May 22nd nationwide.
Watch Cara applying the product in Paris along with her looking fabulous with her stunning friends in the one minute and ten second commercial here!
I might be pretty irked if I was a model. After all, celebrities seem to be taking over the top spots in fashion and beauty campaigns that formerly went to them. But after looking at these gorgeous women, it's no wonder they are scoring these amazing gigs. Aside from Cara Delevigne as the new face of Pepe Jeans and Kate Moss for Kerastase, we have Tilda Swinton landing a highly coveted spot as a Chanel model, and I hear she was hand picked by Karl himself, Alexa Chung for L'Oreal and rising American star from the show Girls, Allison Williams for Simple Skincare. Check out the deals they've scored and see some of the early released campaign photos here.
Congratulations are in order forBritain's Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon who has just been named Avon's newest brand ambassador. Alesha, who we typically see with long, dark hair that she often wears in a slick ponytail or topknot, has been recently posing for the cameras during auditions for the reality show with shorter hair which is styled either very curly or pin straight. Out of these three recent looks below, which hairstyle do you favour on Alesha?
On Friday evening, British model, actress and daughter of Gerry Hall and Mick Jagger, Georgia May Jagger celebrated her 21st birthday. Instead of having hum-drum drinks and cake, the beauty invited her fun and famous friends like Cara Delevingne (dressed as a big whoopie cushion) and Mark Ronson over to the Lounge Lover Club in Shoreditch for a fancy dress soiree that included biscuits in the shape of sawn-off fingers and zombie-themed cocktails by waiters dressed as bloodied surgeons. Clad in a skin-tight, white devilish-lizard painted catsuit, black velvet cape and diamante horns, Georgia May went all out for her big night. See some the sexy Instagram photos of her primping and walking in the snow here.
Kate Moss turns 39 today and to commemorate this British style and beauty icon's big day, I've gathered 39 of her most fabulous hair and makeup styles from over the years. Take a peek through this fun trip down memory lane and let me know which of her hair and makeup styles you like most!
Congratulations to Poppy Delevigne who has just been signed as the new face of Vero Moda and will be the model in their Spring/Summer 2013 campaign. Following in the footsteps of Alexa Chung, the former brand ambassador, Poppy seems like a lovely fit for the trendy Danish label. Watch as she discusses her favourite items from the line and then check out the full video campaign for the Spring/Summer here too!
