Last weekend, as part of London Fashion Week BellaSugar UK and I headed to a fashion presentation that was truly unique. House of Blue Eyes was established in 2008 with a fashion show that Kate Moss famously made an appearance in. Johnny BlueEyes is the creative director and he is truly dedicated to the brand.

It's been raining a lot in the UK lately. I'm a little confused as to where all the water is coming from, but it's fair to say that it's not safe to leave the house without an umbrella. A friend of mine has taken this to new levels by wearing wellies as well!

Last night's 2009 British Soap Awards was chock full of beautiful dresses, makeup looks and hairdos. The leading ladies of the silver screen didn't fail to impress with their decadence and one hair trend I noticed was particularly popular was side-swept fringe. Whilst it's been on-trend for some time to have heavy, blunt-cut fringe, this longer, whispier style is also quite flattering and polished looking.

It may be cloudy in the UK at the moment, but Katy Perry is doing her bit to add a touch of sunshine to London with her bright coloured jacket. The singer was appearing on Radio 1 this morning in this funky ensemble. I really like this jacket on her and the sunglasses pick out one of the key colours perfectly.

Last night in London, Joanne Stefani Germanotta (aka Lady GaGa) was papped after filming a UK television show. While her pout looked beautiful glazed in a precious pink lipstick, I was surprised to see her wearing such an unseasonably white strapless dress, sunnies at night and her platinum hair styled in a funky Minnie Mouse bow!
As original as this style seems, Lady GaGa isn't the first to don this 'do.

There's a bit of a '90s revival currently taking place both on the screen and on the catwalk. The recent US return of Beverly Hills 90210 may leave you digging out your stonewashed denim or it might leave you hoping they will bring back more classic TV like Blossom or Clarissa Explains It All!
I was always a fan of Clarissa's (played by Melissa Joan Hart) style not least because she seemed able to wear anything and still look cool!
