Baseball season is in full swing, and Ginnifer Goodwin and Julianne Hough teamed up to open last night's Dodgers game with the first pitch in LA. Many other stars have had the honor of taking the mound to throw the first pitch for their favorite baseball teams as well. Victoria Beckham donned an LA Dodgers jacket to throw the ceremonial ball, while Matthew McConaughey suited up in Mets gear to show his skills in NYC. Tom Cruise packed some heat on his pitch at a professional baseball game in Japan, and Gisele Bündchen showed off her muscles on the mound in Boston.

Reese Witherspoon, who donned Saint Laurent, posed with Matthew McConaughey at the NYC premiere of their film, Mud, last night. They were also joined by costar Sarah Paulson, as well as director Jeff Nichols, for the movie's Big Apple debut. Reese and Matthew were both accompanied by their significant others for the evening out. Matthew posed with his wife, Camila Alves, while Reese had husband Jim Toth nearby.

Reese seemed to be in good spirits despite her run-in with the law over the weekend. Reese and Jim were both arrested on Friday night in Atlanta, where she is currently shooting The Good Lie. Jim was charged with a DUI, and Reese was cited with a disorderly conduct charge after disobeying the police during Jim's arrest. Reese and Jim's mug shots were released yesterday. Today, Reese issued a statement on her arrest, apologizing for her behavior towards the police officer. She said, "I do want to say, I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. The words I used that night definitely do not reflect who I am. I have nothing but respect for the police and I'm very sorry for my behavior."

The actor, who has been suiting up for his upcoming television series since last month, will costar alongside real-life good friend Woody Harrelson. Matthew also confirmed last week that he will star in Christopher Nolan's sci-fi epic Interstellar. Although Matt is on location in New Orleans, he and his wife, Camila Alves, have made Austin their home base and have become contributing community members. The couple attended ACL Live last week as part of a two-day charity event put on by the Mack, Jack & McConaughey foundation.

The couple posed for pictures on their way into ACL Live at The Moody Theater, where Matthew, in his blue suede shoes, introduced a performance by John Mellencamp. The gala concert was part of a two-day charity event, which continues today, put on by the Mack, Jack & McConaughey foundation. Matthew and Camila teamed up with University of Texas head football coach Mack Brown and his wife, Sally, and singer Jack Ingram and his wife, Amy, to create the organization, which supports programs for underserved children. The event was the group's first fundraising effort since joining together late last year, and they'll be back in the spotlight today with a Celebrity Classic Golf Tournament and at a special Lela Rose fashion show at Neiman Marcus.
