London is becoming famous for its array of vintage stores and its style is increasingly eclectic. However, with the ever rising price tag it's difficult to guarantee value-for-money pieces so vintage fairs like Frock Me! are a great way to add key pieces to your wardrobe.

London Fashion Week kicks off today so BellaSugar UK and I will be spending a lot of time around Somerset House bringing you the most up to date catwalk reviews, trend alerts and backstage gossip. I have attended a fair few fashion shows now, but I can still remember the first time and I still get excited when the lights drop and the music starts. This got me wondering, have any of you ever been to a fashion show?

Trying to find the perfect additions to your wardrobe doesn't have to start and end on the High Street. If you are looking for something truly unique then you might want to broaden your search to vintage markets and fairs. I recently attended the Primrose Hill vintage fashion fair which takes place once a month at the Cecil Sharp House on Regents Park Road.

Actress and front row fashionista Mischa Barton was looking glowing at the Vanity Fair party at Milan Fashion Week. She went for a natural makeup look, with a rose coloured lip gloss, black lined eyes and peachy blush. Her skin always looks flawless but I thought she looked slightly tired in this picture.

Nottingham Trent University opened the second day of Graduate Fashion Week 2009. The university famously associated with Sir Paul Smith always presents a good selection of students and today was no exception. There was a wide range of styles on show for both mens and womenswear including many knitwear designers.

I was incredibly impressed by the high level of quality at the Kingston University show. Each of the students ensured their pieces were finished to a high spec showing off their individual style. There was a lot cohesion within the mini collections too as they ran with a theme and stuck to it.

Last night, the 2009 Fashion Fringe competition launched in London with a star studded party. It was hosted by Vanity Fair, Donatella Versace and Colin McDowell who began the search for the next big name in fashion. Donatella resumed her position as honorary chairperson and revealed support for 2009 from a range of guests including Natalie Massenet of net-a-porter, Antoni Burakowski, of Antoni and Alison, and Grazia's Paula Reed.
