Last night, Kelly Osbourne looked like a glamorous modern version of the 1980s as her purple hair met her red lipstick on the red carpet in Los Angeles at the 2013 SAG Awards. Somehow, it didn't clash or look tacky as she was dressed to kill in a long black Jenny Packham gown that she accessorised with Kimberly McDonald jewels, a structured Marchesa bag, and a pair of Brian Atwood stilettos.
