The 2013 Billboard Music Awards are rolling into Las Vegas on Sunday. It's shaping up to be a great show, with Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez, and Lil Wayne scheduled to perform, while Madonna will be honored with the Top Touring Artist award. Before we check out all the action this weekend, though, we're taking a look back at the Billboard fun in years past. Remember when Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey took the stage together in 2003 or when Britney Spears heated things up with Rihanna in 2011? One of the most exciting things to happen as of late: Beyoncé kicked off her Mrs. Carter world tour in Serbia. First, we got a glimpse of her costume sketches by Emilio Pucci, just one of the designers to collaborate on her epic tour wardrobe. And now we finally get to see them come to life on stage. As you can imagine, the singer did not disappoint in sequins, leotards, curve-hugging jumpsuits, baseball caps, and sheer details — but that's just the beginning. Head inside to see some of our favorite Beyoncé looks (so far), fresh from the Mrs. Carter tour. Then, check back for any new ensembles as they appear.
H&M has tapped Beyoncé to be the face of its Summer campaign. And with her Mrs. Carter world tour under way, today marks the simultaneous launch of the singer's H&M commercial, too. The video, along with the advert images, show Beyoncé lounging on the beach in the Bahamas, looking (not surprisingly) amazing in a flurry of H&M swimming costumes and beachy cover-ups. But here's the best part: the commercial also features her new song, "Standing on the Sun," which feels (and sounds) just as Summer-perfect as the pieces she's wearing. Click on for a look at the commercial, plus the latest campaign images, inside the gallery.
Looking red hot in a form fitting Alice by Temperly dress Tuesday night in New York City, Beyoncè and her mother Tina Knowles attended the after party following Jay Z's big concert. Sporting royal blue nails inspired by her daugher Blue Ivy from British beauty brand Nails Inc, Beyoncè's manicurist Lisa Logan tweeted, "Check out Beyonce's blue nails called Baker Street by Nails Inc. I love this color!"
For an even better close up of her nails and her tattoo, check out the latest photos on PopSugar.com here. Baker Street will be available from March for £11 per bottle. What do you think of this bright blue nail varnish?
High heels, diamond earrings, leather pants — when it comes to superb style, sometimes the best things really do come in pairs. We saw some pretty fashionable couples hitting the red carpet this year, and there are five in particular that had our hearts racing. Parents-to-be Beyoncé and Jay-Z turned it out at multiple awards shows and industry galas and showed covetable street style as well. Another musical pair, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, stepped out in cool, rocker-chic ensembles, while the Beckhams solidified their place in fashion royalty by donning stately, classic British looks. Tom Brady took his chiseled physique off the field, hitting the red carpet with bombshell wife Gisele Bundchen — and he clearly picked up some model poses from her. Diane Kruger's enviable style may have rubbed off on her beau, Joshua Jackson, this year as well — the pair attended fashion and film events looking effortlessly chic and perfectly complementary. So tell us — which celebrity couple had the hottest style this year? Click through and cast your vote now!
Aside from the action at last night's AMAs, the weekend was filled with parties and premieres — and with each one, a bevy of celebrity beauties walking the red carpet. Meanwhile, across the pond, a chic Emma Watson stepped out for the premiere of My Week With Marilyn. Among the styled crowd, we spotted Blake Lively in a flirty Marchesa frock hitting the scene with Leighton Meester in Balmain, and Gossip Girl fan Chloë Moretz in Stella McCartney. Meanwhile, glowing mom-to-be Beyoncé slipped into a curve-hugging black gown for her celebration. There's more in store, like Nicole Richie in a sparkly Halston frock — just click on for the best of this weekend's red carpets, then tell us your pick for most Fab in the comments.

This has been a banner weekend for the long, fairy-tale like Rapunzel braid. This side-swept, low-slung plait looked stylish in the front row at Milan Fashion week on Lindsay Lohan whilst Nicola Roberts rocked an ultralong style at G-A-Y in Soho. Lastly, we spotted a pregnant Beyoncé at the launch of her new fragrance Pulse in New York City wearing a side plait, too. Who do you think wore it best out of these three lovely ladies?
Far be it for Beyoncé to let a little baby bump get in the way of her signature fierce, shimmery style. B popped up at New York Fashion Week, first attending the J.Crew presentation with sister Solange in a nude-hued, belted, sequined frock and Louboutins, then hanging out backstage at Lincoln Center before the Vera Wang show in a full-skirted leather corset dress and sky-high heels. Both looks are not only stunning, but prove that you can still be high-fashion while pregnant. What do you think of Beyoncé's front-row looks?
With Fashion Week in full swing, celebrity fans are showing up around Lincoln Center and lining the front rows in support of their favorite designers. With each appearance, celebs are flaunting their fashion prowess, like Ashlee Simpson suiting up in body-con Herve Leger for the designer's Spring 2012 collection, or Malin Akerman taking the appropriately preppy route for Tommy Hilfiger's front row. Inside, there's more to be seen: mama-to-be Beyoncé sits front row with sister Solange, Elle and Dakota Fanning step out for Rodarte, and Molly Sims steps out to support Rachel Zoe's debut at Fashion Week.
