We all know Alexa Chung has some major styling cred, hence her collection with Madewell. This time, the cool girl took her skills to a whole new level by styling the Fall Alexa Chung for Madewell lookbook — launching online and in stores on Sept. 22 — collection herself. As expected, the results are pretty awesome, (just like Alexa herself), with pieces like gingham-print dresses, Peter Pan-collared tops, and the chicest leather-insert coat. We've got the leopard-print booties on our shopping list — what about you?

Alexa Chung to Design Second Collection For Madewell!?

A little bird whispered in Fab's ear that Alexa Chung may be designing a second Fall collection for Madewell!

A little bird whispered in Fab's ear that Alexa Chung may be designing a second Fall collection for Madewell! We died a little over the first collection, which was filled with Peter Pan-collared dresses and velvet shorties. Additionally, on March 15, Alexa will be on Madewell's site modeling five pieces from the Spring collection with styling pieces from her own closet, and we hear there will be an announcement on the site and on Alexa's Twitter feed concerning the new collection. So, if you are as big an Alexa fan as we are, mark your calendar for March 15, because we bet there will be good news. In the meantime, here's a sneak peek at Alexa's styling skills: she pairs a Madewell chambray shirt with her own skirt, purse, and shoes.

Alexa Chung for Madewell Launches Very Soon

It seems like forever ago that Alexa Chung unveiled her collection for Madewell.

It seems like forever ago that Alexa Chung unveiled her collection for Madewell. The presenter turned designer is famous for her tomboyish style so it made sense for her to share her wears with the masses. Alexa joked about the name of the collection (Alexa Chung for Madewell) saying, "Pretty original, huh? I’d wanted to call it Better than a Poke in the Eye, but I think we’ll save that for the buttons on the jeans." Images from the lookbook have just been revealed and give you an idea of what to expect. Alexa added, "I want to bring back 40s tea dresses, 60s mod dresses… I want to bring cute back." You will be able to shop the pieces online from September. Are you excited for this collaboration?
