Leigh Lezark has earned herself a lot of designer brownie points over the past month or show as she has attended many fashion shows across the globe. She started off in her home city of New York as she was spotted front row at Max Azria, Preen, and Herve Leger to name a few. She went on to London where she partied at Mulberry, and Matthew Williamson before heading to Paris for John Galliano, Chanel and Miu Miu.
Spring 2010 Trend Alert: Socks and Shoes
Paris Fashion Week came to a close on Thursday, and some key trends have already begun to emerge from the fashionable cities. In New York, London and Milan I noticed a lot of the catwalk looks were styled with socks and shoes. We have seen this style begin to emerge over the Summer when both Fearne Cotton and Chloe Sevigny rocked socks and sandals.

OK, so bold, bright fruit-punch coloured lipstick isn't groundbreaking for Spring, but it sure was a welcome change from all of the barely made up faces that we saw on the catwalks during New York Spring 2010 Fashion Week. Fab Face: Abbey Lee Kershaw
There have been plenty of fabulous faces gracing the catwalks in New York, London and Milan over the past month, but a couple of girls have particularly stood out. Australian born Abbey Lee Kershaw has been an integral part of presentations for some of the biggest names in the industry including Ralph Lauren, Burberry Prorsum and Gucci. I wonder if she is taking Jourdan Dunn's runway place whilst she is tied up with other things!

Today's Spring New York Fashion Week beauty trend is all about hair. Plaits have always been in style taking the form of milkmaid plaits, thin plaits around the crown of the head, french plaits and so on, but these new styles get even more creative. New York Fashion Week, Spring 2010: Proenza Schouler
I have completely fallen for the gorgeous colour palette at Proenza Schouler where tropical blues and greens were the order of the day. There were plenty of fun dresses in neon shades adorned with fringing and feathers. The bright shades were contrasted against beach blonde hair.
