It feels like a lifetime ago when Phoebe Philo announced her return to fashion. Last September the ex-Chloé designer revealed that she would soon be working with Céline and her first collection has just been presented in New York. Here are the key looks from her comeback.
2009 Cruise: Chanel
There were plenty of rumours surrounding the plans for the Chanel show including a possible appearance of Naomi Cambell and although Lagerfeld did not disappoint, Naomi was no where to be seen. Chanel do not do things by halves, and this resort show in Miami featured 60 looks and 18 synchronized swimmers!
People were expecting a Miami vice feel to the collection but Karl kept us on our toes as always beginning with a dark palette and twists on the classic tuxedo.

Fab Flash: DVF Gets to Work With Pop Art
Diane von Furstenberg used to party with Andy Warhol at Studio 54 so I'm sure her latest plans will bring the memories flooding back. It was announced today that DVF would be collaborating The Andy Warhol Foundation on her resort 2008 and pre-spring 2009 collections.
The line of swimwear and cover-ups will feature Warhol's iconic prints.
