Lindsay Lohan attended the Dolce & Gabanna Cannes party over the weekend in a bum-skimming green dress. The mini dress features plenty of funky applique detail so she kept accessories minimal with simple diamond earrings and necklace. I can't help feeling that the dress is just slightly too short for her but what do you think?

Michelle Williams at Cannes

Michelle Williams has been busy at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival promoting her latest movie Synecdoche (see a few clips over at Buzz). She appeared at the photocall wearing a casual yet feminine outfit teaming feminine prints and pleats with a navy blue blazer. Later she changed in to something more glamorous appearing on the red carpet in a floor length tiered gown. Michelle has also made an appearance in a vintage style lace dress. Which look do you prefer?

2008 Cannes Film Festival: Trend Report

There has been a lot of blue on the red carpet at this year's Cannes Film Festival. Mainly dark navy blues but in many shapes and sizes. From the short layers and ruffles of Natalie Portman's dress to the long train of Kristin Scott-Thomas' gown. Navy blue has been big news this season and it continues in to the Autumn/Winter collections. Many have been excited for the return of the colour as it is so flattering on many skin types.

Lily Donaldson Wants to Show you her Pants

Lily Donaldson has been busy on the red carpet at Cannes. I don't really get the point in this dress. It just seems to take subtle slits to the extreme and ends up with Lily showing off her knickers to the whole of Cannes! I like the Grecian style of the top half but I'm not wild about the rest. Her au naturel make-up look is perfect but I feel like she needed an accessory with her ensemble. As always, let us know what you think!
