When you see the heels that catwalk models are expected to walk in, it's not surprising that they occasionally fall over. However, it's not every day that P Diddy jumps to the rescue of said model. Well, that's exactly what happened yesterday at Zac Posen when Karen Elson, donning a pair of rather cool Mickey Mouse ears, tripped on her shoes.
