Philip Treacy's Tribute to Michael Jackson Lights Up LFW

Philip Treacy's London Fashion Week show got off to a dramatic start on Sunday as Lady Gaga sashayed down the catwalk in hot pink tulle.

Philip Treacy's London Fashion Week show got off to a dramatic start on Sunday as Lady Gaga sashayed down the catwalk in hot pink tulle. Inspired by Michael Jackson's tour wardrobe, the headwear Treacy created to go with each Michael Bush and Dennis Tompkins designed outfit were just as out there as one would hope. From a jewel-covered mask and fairground rides to Mickey Mouse ears and Alek Wek in a white glove hat, the front row — which included Vivienne Westwood, Sarah Burton, Gareth Pugh, Nicholas Kirkwood, Anna Dello Russo, Kim Cattrall and Kelly Brook — went wild. Ivory ships with sails billowing, planetary rings and sculpted horn hats passed by until a shroud of lighting signalled the end. Take a look at the stunning collection here, and tell me what you think!

Daks Spring 2013 Proves Greige Nails Will Be Back

The nails at Daks Spring 2013 London Fashion Week show on Saturday proved that "greige" (grey and beige) will still retain its popularity for yet another Summer season. Revlon UK Nail Ambassador, Jenny Longworth explained: "The DAKS Woman is luxury, expensive, grown up and groomed. She is very chic and not too over done, understated cool." She added: "The great thing about a Greige is it is a modern version of a nude. It's much cooler, whilst still being wearable, yet still a little unusual." The models' nails were given a shot of calcium with Revlon Post Trauma Nail Treatment, then nail enamel in Elegant was covered with a top coat and liquid quick dry. Shop the products below, and tell me if you'll be wearing greige nails come Spring!

'90s Supermodels Inspire Bold Brows and White Nails at Rag & Bone

Rag & Bone returned to London Fashion Week on Saturday after presenting their Spring 2013 collection at NYFW.

Rag & Bone returned to London Fashion Week on Saturday after presenting their Spring 2013 collection at NYFW. The chic sportswear line, as modelled by Brits of the moment Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn, was matched by Revlon makeup artists' modern take on the '90s. Revlon Global Artistic Director, Gucci Westman explained:

"I wanted to create a look that was bold, but still looked soft and natural. I was inspired by the iconic supermodels of the 90’s and the great structure of their brows. I kept the makeup very pure, adding just a touch of natural flush to the lips by mixing two lip products together, and I used a brow pencil to create subtle freckles and a dramatic brow to top the whole look off."

Revlon UK Nail Ambassador, Jenny Longworth added:

"The rag and bone girls where given a modern day manicure using block colour on the nails in Revlon Nail Enamel in White on White for half the girls, and Revlon Nail Enamel in Elegant on the other half. The white nails really reminded me of a 90’s Christy Turlington with a boyish, androgynous edge. Nails where kept short and were shaped to the natural curve of the fingertip. This gave a really clean and chic finish with the white adding a 90’s feel which looked beautiful, sporty and futuristic. A modern day take on a 90’s nail!"

Following her ambassador role for Hugo Boss' Nuit Pour Femme fragrance this Summer, Gwyneth Paltrow has scored yet another beauty gig. The actress has been signed up as the "creative inspiration" for Max Factor’s makeup artists in a six-month campaign launching November. Craig McDean will shoot the print campaign and Tom Munro will be behind the TV spots. Global creative design director, Pat McGrath said: "I tasked 11 of our national makeup artists to create three glamour statements for Gwyneth. Keira Knightley's makeup shone as much as her dress at the Anna Karenina London premiere on Tuesday. Chanel Makeup Artist Lisa Eldridge created the actress's beauty look and has shared the secrets behind her inspiration, saying:
