Who Makes Pippa Middleton's Orange Coat?

Pippa Middleton was papped this morning on her way work in Kensington. This is her first day back after the Winter break and I wonder if she's gone somewhere warm for the weekend that inspired the tropically bright orange coat she decided to wear. Her harvest-coloured style is more appropriate for the Autumn season, however, I do happen to love this pop of colour on such a dreary, grey London day.
