Victoria Beckham is never one to shy away from eye-catching fashion statements. She caught our attention last season with her ad campaign for Marc Jacobs and just a few weeks ago she was gaining publicity for her new pixie cut. This weekend the Beckhams were in New York to promote their latest fragrance and Victoria ensured the fashion gaze stayed firmly on her as she bravely wore a pair of Berardi boots.
The unusual heel-less style is surely incredibly difficult to walk in, good job she had David to lean on! I revealed a similar pair of Berardi heels to you back in February and most of you thought they were ridiculous, but what do you think about Victoria wearing them? The over-the-knee style makes them even more risqué but I think she's pulling it off.

I do not like this look at all on her.. The dress doesn't seem the most flattering and her hair stuck down isn't great either.. I think she pull's these boot thing off.. I just wished she'd styled it with a nicer dress.. maybe matt black with a little lace for the sexy/stylish goth look...

2She looks like a ridiculous space-age freak. Laughable. Actually I was in a cab a few months ago with my friends and saw a girl wearing these type of shoes (except they were sandals, like your last post, Fab!) and we all pointed and laughed. She thought she was so cool but she looked absolutely ridiculous. Get over yourselves!

I mean, if, by "pulling it off" you mean she's actually managed to stand up in them and not immediately fall over then, yeah, she's totally pulling them off but seriously, what's the point of them? If you ask me the sexiest thing about a pair of heels is the heels! These are just... silly. And so perfect for Posh! But I agree with LArgent, they look like hooves!
