Last night's BAFTA Awards provided plenty of glamour as most of the ladies opted for maxi dresses (perhaps a sign of the economic times). However, another trend emerged as several of the girls opted for mermaid shaped dresses. Penelope Cruz revealed her shoulders in an Alaia dress with Chopard jewels. Kate Winslet also opted for black in a halter neck Zac Posen gown. Amy Adams wore blue Roland Mouret with her up do. I like the return to classic glamour particularly for such a prestigious event, what do you think of the style?
