Yesterday in London, the town was painted black and white. Celebrities like Pippa Middleton, Selena Gomez, Kate Hudson, Princess Eugenie and more chose either the sexy or angelic shade for a night out. The hottest and yet the most basic colour combo for the season has hit the UK, just click through the slideshow to see what I'm talking about!
Kimberley Walsh, Tamara Ecclestone and Coleen Rooney are going just as mad for melon as I am right now. The bright colour is fun, flirty and reminds me of sorbet. Because it's not really a pastel and not a neon, if you're someone who isn't into being super trendy, you can still look seasonal and stylish. Shop melon-coloured clothing items and accessories below and leave a comment to let me know if you have your eye on something special.
Miu Miu has just introduced a new handbag for Spring that is already hit the streets in a big big way. The Craquelé handbag (£1,030) is made from craquelé leather, created by cracking the coloured dye on the surface to acheive a worn-in style. It has a structured shape, two top handles and comes in black, white, red and various two-tone shades with gold hardware. Sienna Miller has been spotted with a black style, whilst Lily Cole and Du Juan have worn the white one. Also seen carrying a Craquelé is Chloe Moretz, Rumer Willis and Arizona Muse. Which bag is on your wish list for Spring 2013?
We love our little black dresses year round, but with Summer just around the corner, we've naturally got little white dresses on our brains. And who better to turn to for inspiration on how to style them than some of the most fashionable famous faces? We're talking about Eva Longoria, Kerry Washington, Jamie Chung, Olivia Munn, and the list goes on. Right now we're really feeling white dresses with white pumps, but we're also open to classic pairings like LWDs with black, metallic, and nude footwear. Step inside to see how 30 celebrities styled theirs and to draw inspiration for your next LWD moment.
Colours come in and out of style fairly quickly in fashion, however, mint green has been a pastel shade that has stayed its course for Spring throughout three seasons now. Just look at Cheska Hull last night at OK! Magazine editor's 40th birthday party in London wearing a mint dress, or Naomi Watts spotted a few weeks ago in the airport with a spearmint bag and Katy Perry donning a sage dress at the Grammy Awards. I personally love this crisp colour and have had a blast shopping for spearmint clothes and accessories here to spice up my Spring wardrobe. How do you feel about mint green fashions?
We've seen little of the expecting Duchess since she's announced the news of her pregnancy, but what we have seen, are photos of Kate walking around Chelsea and Glasgow clad in plaid. From a Diane von Furstenberg coat to a bespoke Alexander McQueen coat dress, a Zara cape and most recently a grey and navy tartan number from Moloh (all of which are non-maternity), take a look at what Kate Middleton has been wearing in the UK to keep her growing royal belly safe and warm. At the end of the photos, don't forget to take a moment to vote on which piece of outerwear you like best.
Over the past few days, we've seen a slough of celebrities carrying around red handbags. From Kelly Brook's amazing Prada Pyramid bag to Diane Kruger's, Lego-inspired Chanel and finally the ultimate Hermès Birkin on Frankie Sandford from The Saturdays, it's inspired me to do some browsing of my own. Shop more red handbags here, some of which are designer, whilst others are High Street, and leave a comment sharing your favourite style with the rest of us!
If we learnt anything from the runways of New York, London, Milan and Paris, it's that monochrome is the hottest trend in fashion. So it's no surprise that this look is taking off in the beauty arena too, specifically, from fashion houses that breed beauty divisions like Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani and Yves Saint Laurent. Shop these pretty eye shadow palettes by clicking on the images above and leave a comment below describing your favourite colour scheme.
Forget froufrou pom poms that attach to your winter hat or your scarf, these trending pom poms for Spring are attached to some of the hottest clothing items and accessories from today's hippest designers. Take this amazing and bright Pom-Pom Printed Cotton Blazer from House Of Holland (£350). It's multi-coloured pattern is fun and uplifting. In fact, it almost reminds me of fireworks. Then, there are these unbelievable Gold-Plated Tasseled Clip Earrings from Dolce & Gabbana (£615) that cost quite a bit but are sure to be the statement accessory of your wardrobe. Lastly, it's hard to resist this Maxi Skirt with Pom Pom Detail from Jo No Fui (£344). The orange shade is playful and the pleat design and crochet detail is flattering.
Shop all kinds of pom pom clothing and accessories here and leave a comment to let me know what you think of this Spring trend.
It appears that not only are white coats trending right now, but overly long white coats with minimal buttons are what superstars like Kylie Minogue, Kate Beckinsale and Joss Stone have been seen wearing recently.
