Anyone can create a ponytail, but if yours keeps sliding down your head as the day goes on, here's an easy trick from stylist Robert Vetica. (He created the textured ponytail seen here on Salma Hayek.) "Give the hair a good teasing where you are placing the elastic for the pony," he says. "Brush all your hair into place, but before you finish, use your fingers to give it a more deconstructed effect." After attaching the elastic, you should have a more secure style that lasts all day. In this case, being a tease is a very good thing.
