Last night at the Glamour Women of the Year event in New York City, singer Rihanna took home the big award. I'm guessing it has something to do with not only her music and her style, but it also pays tribute to the bravery and courage she displayed going public about her abusive relationship with Chris Brown. Rihanna complemented her flesh-toned ball gown with newly pale blonde hair. Out of these three hair colours below, which look do you like the most?

I like the straight up black. The blond is a bit freaky...like Katherine McPhee. It looks too fake to be cute.
