Karl Lagerfeld was spotted at Nice airport yesterday doing a spot of unusual self promotion in the style of Paris Hilton. The Chanel creative director was carrying a shopper bag emblazoned with the words 'Karl Who?' whilst wearing a suit and black aviators. He could have been poking fun at the latest tell-all book to be published which reveals details of his personal life including how he will only drink Pepsi from a crystal glass which has to be replaced every 30 minutes. He recently presented the Chanel cruise collection in Venice, but maybe he's about to make an appearance at Cannes too? What do you think of his cheeky shopping bag?
