It's been over a year since it was announced that Phoebe Philo would join Celine following a break from the industry.The ex-Chloe designer presented her first catwalk collection yesterday (although she did present a cruise line in June) as part of Paris Fashion Week. She stuck to a relatively neutral palette with whites and camel mixed in with black leather items. Items were kept simple as Philo took the design house back to basics with a very chic feel. She explained, "I wanted to clean it up, refocus, and present a strong, powerful woman."
