Last week, Paris Hilton attended a TV premiere in Los Angeles. Whilst her hair was a bit longer and her skin a bit bronzer, what stood out the most were her pearly whites.
Some claim that whitening their teeth is painful (for this I recommend using a daily toothpaste to help reduce sensitivity to hot and cold), and that looking beautiful isn't worth enduring the agony. However, in this day and age there are so many different whitening options ranging from at-home kits to professional treatments, that having stained teeth can be corrected pain-free and even quite inexpensively.
What are your feelings about teeth whitening? Is it something that you endorse?

Nope. I wish my teeth were a bit whiter, but thanks to my nurse parents I know what's in strong teeth whiteners. And I don't want that anywhere near my teeth.
1I've done it a few times and never experienced sensitivity. I'm thinking about getting it done professionally actually, since I only used the strips. (Which worked pretty well for drugstore) And don't get me wrong, its not like I have bad teeth, I just prefer them to be a little bit whiter.
2i will, but not yet. it's not that common in UK, is it.
3I do it every week. I bought my stuff in the US and it's amazing! You can avoid sensitivity by remineralising your teeth after bleaching.
