Mulberry is turning satchels chic this Autumn with its newest bag, the Bryn. The British brand found inspiration for the new collection from the iconic men’s satchel Brynmore, with its triple postman’s lock, and the women's version features a top handle and detachable cross body strap. Celebrity fans have already got their hands on the new style, with Keira Knightley carrying the Bryn in Oak Natural Leather around London and Alexa Chung toting the Small Bryn in Black Shiny Grain Leather in New York. Mulberry creative director Emma Hill said:
"Both girls are so beautiful and wear their satchels in different ways - but both have that easy elegance that works with an understated satchel; that effortless, very British attitude of mixing up styles and looks. Both girls carried their Bryn like they'd owned it forever, it instantly had that vintage impression which I love."
Atlanta de Cadenet Taylor debuted her red Flame bag at Coachella, and there are also blue Petrol and black Pebbled Haircalf versions, with regular, small and oversized options to choose from, on sale July 16. Take a look at the collection here and tell me what you think!
