Miley Cyrus just arrived on the orange carpet looking ladylike in a floor-length, flowered Dolce & Gabbana gown and long, layered necklaces. She also accessorized with an envelope clutch and a hammered turquoise bangle. Her sweet, loose curls and dramatic eyelashes gave her a pretty, glamorous look for tonight's event. This is the most romantic we've seen Miley look in a while; what's your take?

It's a nice dress but I don't know if it's right for the occasion. I really, really wish that one day, she turns up to an event with her hair cut into a blunt, above-the-shoulder cut. I hate hate hate extensions.

finally, she wears something pretty. i was getting pretty exasperated with her and her addiction to looking like a gutter child. she needs to do this sort of thing more often, it works so well for her and shows that she's really pretty.
