Not only did Kelly Osbourne attend the 19th Annual SAG Awards, but Michelle Dockery from Downton Abbey also made an appearance, giving Los Angeles a little love from Britain. Dressed in a vintage Chado Ralph Rucci dress delicately adorned with sheer side panels, Michelle looked thin, elegant and somewhat sexy showing off side bits of her lady parts. Her makeup and hair however was spot on in retro curls, ruby red lipstick and perfectly porcelain skin.
