This week in Manchester, Mel B went patriotic with her outfit in a Stella McCartney monochrome dress for the X Factor auditions. Guest judge Melanie Brown accessorised with Versace shoes, Mouawad jewels and an Audemars Piguet watch. Two months earlier, Alicia Keys wore the same black and white number to the the Stella McCartney Ready-To-Wear Fall/Winter 2012 show at Paris Fashion Week, keeping with the theme in heels by the British designer.
