Grime singer M.I.A has this week launched her own clothing line. She used to live with Luella Bartley in London and has already starred in a Marc Jacobs ad campaign so has quite a sold fashion foundation to build on. Her clothing line epitomises her individual style with bright coloured prints and funky t-shirts. The President Tee ($75, below left) is sure to be popular and I can imagine spotting these printed leggings ($85) out in East London. What do you think of her first foray in to fashion design?

honestly, MIA's style is just about the most hideous style i've ever seen. the shirt is fine, but the leggings are horrible. thankfully they're pretty expensive so i won't have to see people running all over the place wearing them.
