The Queen of Pop Madonna celebrated her 50th Birthday this weekend in London. Her and husband Guy Richie headed off to Volstead in the West End for plenty of dancing ahead of Madonna's tour. Her tour costume has been created by the top names in the fashion industry including Ricardo Tisci for Givenchy. Hardly surprising then that she opted for a Givenchy outfit to party in! Madonna wore a sheer black and gold dress with thigh-high Stella McCartney boots and a heap of gold Givenchy jewellery featuring gothic Christian crosses. Her hair was loose and wavy. 1It's okay, but look at those arms...I'm sorry, but that's just icky.
2I love it! I've been looking for masses of cheap gold chains to wear like that for ages.

4I can forgive the homage to Mr. T with all the gold chains, but really, all I ever notice on her anymore is her arms. I'm always amazed when someone works so very hard only to make herself look bizarre and get attention for the wrong reasons. She must work out ten hours a day to achieve the extra-veiny bodybuilder arms, whew.
