One thing that you have to admire about Kelly Osbourne is that she always makes an effort with what she wears. I don't think I've ever seen a picture of her in a Juicy Couture tracksuit with her hair scraped back. Even in these photos where I'm sure her hair isn't super neat she's hidden it under a beanie. She was snapped last night on her way home from Radio One following her Sunday evening show sporting a House of Holland blazer and so on-trend loafers. What do you think of her ensemble, do you love it or hate it?
