If you were not familiar with actress Jena Malone before laying you eyes on this post then click here to check out what she looked like before this drastic hair cut. She stepped out on the red carpet last night for the premiere of Tropic Thunder which opens Stateside this weekend. It is not yet clear whether the dramatic hair style is for a movie role but her punky boots suggest that maybe that is just her style! What do you think of the crop?

I actually really like it. It's refreshing to see celebs taking risks with their hair rather than going with the typical long Hollywood hair cut which I just find boring.
