As London Fashion Week continues in to day three hot young designer Christopher Kane presented his latest offering at The University of Westminster. The Scotish born designer has recently launched his collection with High Street giant Topshop and was subject to high expectations following the success of his previous collections. This season his collection moved in a new, slightly more grown up direction with references to his native country and plenty of applique.

He remained true to body-con dresses but added to his staple piece with sheer layers. The flapper dresses are sure to be a big seller and a red carpet hit. It seems like this is a much more accessible collection from Kane that mainly consisted of neutral and monochrome tones. The disc applique, which appears on a majority of the collection, is perfect for the party season. How do you think this collection compares to previous ones?
