Sarah Harding celebrated her birthday over the weekend with a party at her night spot, Kanaloa. She wore a Spring 2009 Preen dress to the party, which we saw much earlier in the year on Leighton Meester at a Nylon party. Leighton wore hers with strappy sandals whilst Sarah went for slightly chunkier heels and a gold clutch. Out of these two lovely ladies, which do you think wore it better?
