Giles Deacon for New Look Spring 2009

There have been a lot of designer/High Street collaborations in the past few weeks so I'll forgive you if you're not completely up to date with this one.

Giles Deacon has been creating a diffusion line for New Look for a couple of seasons and its always of a very high quality. This Spring is no exception as the pieces are a bit more grown up and the fabrics are a bit classier, yet still offered at a bargain price.

Gold by Giles this season includes silk tops, pretty dresses and stylish jackets all for under £70.

Highlights for me include the floral dress (£40) which I would wear with a vintage belt and sandals on warm days, and the blue mac (£50) which is ideal for the unpredictable British weather.
