Fringed sandals

If the thought of revealing your ankles this Summer is enough to put you off wearing sandals or exposing your legs then fashion might just be on your side! This Summer I have noticed a lot of fringed flat sandals on offer which offer a hiding place for your ankles.

If you're a fan of moccasin boots, then these are a great Summer alternative and I can imagine Kate Moss rocking a pair. You could try teaming them with cut offs and a rock band t-shirt for a great festival look.

I particularly like Steve Madden's Hippster style (£70), which would look great with denim. I also like the studding detail on Topshop's Hugo sandal (£22), what do you think of this Summer shoe?

why would I want tpo hide my ankles? I 've been doing so all summer and I'm tired of it! haha, that being said, while I hate fringe and all these options make me want to throw up (sorry, I know, tmi, but just being honest), I do love sock sandals. sm has some super cute ones too...
