Jessica Alba and Drew Barrymore were joined by a host of other stylish celebrities last night when they celebrated the launch of Tommy Hilfiger's new West Coast flagship store in West Hollywood. Drew and Jessica both wore Tommy Hilfiger outfits as they worked the red carpet with the designer and his wife, Dee. Jessica's latest public appearance was much less dramatic than the one she made on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday when she took part in a celebrity kissing booth and revealed her recent health scare.

Other famous attendees included Katy Perry, Olivia Munn, and Julianne Hough. Julianne was back in LA after a busy few days of press for Safe Haven in NYC, and dropped by the event sans boyfriend Ryan Seacrest, who attended the Topshop/Topman store opening nearby. Despite two fashionable bashes taking place in the same city, there were many stars who managed to attend each. Julianne, Jennifer Lopez, Estelle, and Jessica Lowndes all squeezed both events into their schedules.

The ladies who attended last night's 2012 Style Awards in NYC showed off their own fashion choices on the red carpet. Amy Adams modeled an eggplant Giambattista Valli number, while Nicole Richie left little to the imagination in her Anthony Vaccarello dress. Nicole was there to honor her hairstylist and pal, Andy Lecompte, and the duo posed for pictures together. Katie Holmes dressed in a Carolina Herrera skirt-and-shirt combo, and later presented a statue to Carolina herself. It was a big night for Katie — the show was her first official public appearance since divorcing Tom Cruise. Katie also has some celebrating to do as it was just announced that she's the new face of Bobbi Brown. Bobbi gushed about nabbing Katie as her first-ever ambassador, saying, "We bonded . . . We weren't looking for a celebrity, just a cool, amazing woman who would fit with our brand. And she's just ridiculously naturally beautiful."

Blake Lively wore Marchesa and posed with young actress Chloe Moretz on the red carpet in NYC last night to celebrate her series Gossip Girl making the 100 episode mark! The bash was held at Cipriani Wall Street, and many of Blake's small-screen costars like Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick, and Penn Badgley also attended. Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle did as well. The latest Gossip Girl episode was as full of drama and OMG moments as back when the show started in 2007. The Upper East Siders have come a long way since then, though, with recent pictures from the set showing Leighton's Blair Waldorf as a runaway bride! Congrats to the cast on their latest big accomplishment.

Leonardo DiCaprio joined forces with his J. Edgar director Clint Eastwood last night for the LA premiere of their movie. It was an extra-special evening, since J. Edgar opened the AFI Film Festival. Along with Leo on the red carpet were other stars of the film like Ed Westwick, Naomi Watts, and Armie Hammer. Naomi wore Stella McCartney to pose for photos along with her partner Liev Scheriber, while Armie, who shares a kiss with Leo in the film, couldn't contain his real-life affection for wife Elizabeth Chambers.

The role of legendary FBI director J. Edgar Hoover has earned Leo a lot of Oscar buzz ahead of the film's release on Friday. To promote the biopic, Leonardo spoke with Time about what he and Hoover have in common. Leo said, "I identified with his ambition. I've been incredibly ambitious ever since I was young and, in some respects, have had no reservations about going for things I've wanted without questioning what the result will be. . . .There are a lot of pitfalls to success, and one is not listening to criticism. One of the most important things you can do is hear criticism of yourself and embrace it, whether it be — in my case — artistic or personal."

It's was a boys' night out for Gossip Girl costars Ed Westwick and Chace Crawford in NYC yesterday. The pair took time off from work to join Emma Roberts at T-Mobile's Samsung Galaxy S II and HTC Amaze 4G launch. Ed got a one-on-one tutorial on how to use the Android phone, while Chace caught up with his Oscars date, Emma. It was the second evening out in a row for Chace after he joined another hot up-and-comer, Elizabeth Olsen, at the New York Film Festival premiere of her Martha Marcy May Marlene on Tuesday. Chace and Elizabeth struck up a friendship filming Peace, Love, & Misunderstanding, and hung out last month at their Toronto Film Festival screening. In addition to keeping up their busy social calendars, Chace and Ed have been on a tight shooting schedule that includes sharing scenes with the newly single Blake Lively.

Gossip Girl's Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick both suited up to step out socially during the last twenty-four hours, but the costars showed up on separate red carpets. Penn attended a screening of his movie, Margin Call, in NYC last night, after showing off the project at Sundance earlier this year. Ed, meanwhile, left LA and work on J. Edgar to go across the globe to Melbourne to celebrate at an official Grand Prix party today. The duo is clearly taking advantage of their time off from the TV series, enjoying days and nights out on the town.

The castmembers of Gossip Girl were reunited on the Upper West Side of NYC to film the final episode of the fourth season yesterday. Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester shot scenes together at the Plaza Hotel the day before, and Ed was in smart attire once more, as were Chace Crawford, Connor Paolo, Jessica Szohr, and Penn Badgley. Penn relaxed in casual clothes between takes as he strolled with Blake Lively, who jetted back to the East Coast after her flying visit to France. She was guest of honour at a Chanel dinner, as her Mademoiselle handbag ad was released.

Ed Westwick smiled with Leighton Meester as they filmed scenes for Gossip Girl at the Plaza Hotel in NYC yesterday. The cast have been hard at work shooting the fourth season, and they're now up to the finale, with Blake Lively having to cut short her stay in Paris to record the last scenes. Ed has no plans to move on from the show after this season, saying: "I'm having a fantastic time. I've got a great character, a great cast, and I get to live in New York City."

The Upper East Siders have all had a few distractions from the set recently, with Chace stepping out for some Fashion Week shows and Ed heading to London to premiere his movie Chalet Girl. Leighton also indulged in some front row fun following a busy month of crisscrossing the country to promote The Roommate.
