GQ hosted their Men of the Year party at LA's Chateau Marmont last night. Ben Affleck was on hand to celebrate his honor after a big year that's included the release of his hit movie Argo and the birth of his third child, a son named Samuel. Ben shared the honor with Channing Tatum, who today was also named People's Sexiest Man of the Year. Channing wasn't able to attend the bash, but he was represented by his wife, Jenna Dewan. Rihanna earned the magazine's title of Obsession of the Year, and she swung by the Chateau in a hot red dress from Calvin Klein. Also out to celebrate with GQ was a Cushnie et Ochs-clad Diane Kruger, and a whole group from Revenge that included a Reem Acra-wearing Emily VanCamp, Joshua Bowman, Christa B. Allen, and Ashley Madekwe.

The annual event brought out plenty of stars to toast Ben, Channing, and Rihanna. Adam Brody, Chace Crawford, Max Greenfield — another of People's hottest men of 2012 — and Seth MacFarlane mingled together. Alessandra Ambrosio, in Sally LaPointe, celebrated a week after the Victoria's Secret show with her fellow Angel Erin Heatherton. Chanel's 80th anniversary celebration of their Bijoux de Diamants fine jewelry collection brought a star-studded red carpet in NYC last night. Blake Lively arrived with husband Ryan Reynolds wearing a backless silver Chanel dress and her sparkly new wedding ring. January Jones was also in a look from the designer, as was Elle Fanning. January's Mad Men costar Jessica Paré made an appearance alongside a Chanel-clad Diane Kruger, who spent the afternoon shopping in the Big Apple before stepping out for the glamorous event. Alexa Chung and Rose Byrne were also on hand to fete the iconic brand. The celebrations will continue next week when an exhibit featuring Chanel's 1932 collection goes on display at the Museum of Modern Art.

The front row at Calvin Klein's Spring 2013 show was packed with stars in NYC today. Diane Kruger, who was fresh off of her trip to Canada for the Toronto International Film Festival, chatted with Emma Stone and Amy Adams before the runway presentation kicked off. Amy was back in front of the cameras after a busy week spent promoting The Master, which hits theaters on Sept. 21. Diane Kruger donned Valentino Couture to join her boyfriend, Joshua Jackson, at the Toronto International Film Festival debut of Inescapable last night. The picture, a thriller about a father searching for his daughter, in which Josh stars, didn't meet great reception from critics — check out one scathing review of Inescapable. Nonetheless, the premiere brought Josh back to his native Canada along with German-born Diane. In fact, Josh has been spending a great deal of time in his motherland shooting Fringe in Vancouver. Diane's been keeping company with Josh north of the border, but has also ventured to their homes in LA and Paris over the last month to focus on some of her own work.

The event — which is part of Paris Fashion Week, now in progress — took place at the Grand Palais. Diane kept things interesting with her accessories — studded flats and a black cap — and kept handsome Josh on her arm while they posed. Other celebrities at the show included Clémence Poésy, Leslie Mann, Milla Jovovich, and more. Josh and Diane are coming off a decidedly less glamorous, but just as fun weekend. Josh and Diane were in the stands for the Eurocup final in Kiev, Ukraine, on Sunday. The pair were just as animated as the fans surrounding them as they all cheered on the history-making Spain team.
