Two business moguls are said to be working on a plan to join forces. Entertainment guru Simon Cowell and retail giant Sir Philip Green are in talks to to start a super company which is thought to involve a certain major TV channel. A deal is expected to be sealed over the next few months. Maybe those Kate Moss for X Factor rumours aren't so far fetched!
