Clive Owen brought his good looks to Paris last night for the French premiere of his new film, Shadow Dancer. He's taken the film around the world in recent months, with screenings in London and Berlin. Earlier in the day, Clive sat down for an interview on Le Grand Journal about his new movie, which opens in France next Wednesday.

Most recently, though, Clive has been home in London. He seems to have skipped out on award season in LA this year. He's been a nominee at multiple shows thanks to his turn as Ernest Hemingway in the HBO project Hemingway & Gellhorn. He was nominated for outstanding performance by a male actor in a television movie or miniseries at Sunday's SAG Awards. Neither he nor his also-nominated costar Nicole Kidman went home winners. Nicole did attend the show, though, donning a sheer Vivienne Westwood gown to have a fun night with her best friend, Naomi Watts.

There's plenty more work ahead for Clive in 2013. He's expected in Paris again next week for an event with Jaeger-LeCoultre on Feb. 7 that will benefit the preservation of marine sites on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. In March, he'll head to Canada. Clive's set to begin production on director Fred Schepisi's new project, Words and Pictures, with Juliette Binoche.

Freida Pinto and Clive Owen were among the stars to step out for Jaeger-LeCoultre's party celebrating their Rendez-Vous collection at the Venice Film Festival last night. Freida wore a black-and-gold gown with cutouts around the midriff, and Clive looked dapper in a tux. Both stars are making the rounds at festivals this year. She was in Cannes back in May to promote her Desert Dancer. Clive also hit Cannes for the premiere of his Hemingway & Gellhorn with costar Nicole Kidman. Clive's most recent project, Shadow Dancer, had its premiere in London earlier this month.

Clive Owen suited up in London last night for the UK premiere of his new movie, Shadow Dancer. His leading lady, actress Andrea Riseborough, wasn't able to attend. Clive had some other female company, though, in the form of an Alice Temperley-clad Pippa Middleton. Shadow Dancer, the story of an Irish IRA conspirator who spied for the British government in the 1990s, is out in the UK Aug. 24. In addition to speaking about the political nature of the film, Clive also had happy words for the newly engaged Jennifer Aniston, his costar in 2005's Derailed. Clive sent his regards to Jennifer, saying, "Congratulations. She's lovely. I wish her all the best — [but] I've got no advice!"

Clive Owen mingled with a few fellow British entertainers last night at an Audi event in London. He's home in the UK after a stint in NYC, where he worked on Blood Ties with costars Marion Cotillard and Mila Kunis. Being in the Big Apple also allowed Clive to check out some fun events, like the Belmont horse race and the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic. Clive also welcomed his wife, Sarah-Jane Fenton, and their girls, Hannah and Sophie, to Manhattan for a Blue Man Group show. The family of four was photographed backstage with some of the performers in early June. Clive returned to England in time to check out Wimbledon two weeks ago. Yesterday's event, the launch of the digital showroom Audi City, gave Clive a chance to say hello to Thandie Newton, as well as singers Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Bryan Ferry.

Nicole Kidman chose a black-and-white checkered dress for her latest Cannes Film Festival look. She stepped out this morning for a photocall with Hemingway & Gellhorn costar Clive Owen after also promoting The Paperboy. Nicole, Zac Efron, and Matthew McConaughey made multiple stops for their project, including the red-carpet premiere and an appearance on Le Grand Journal. Nicole will be back in the spotlight later today when Hemingway & Gellhorn screens at the Grand Palais. Matthew will also return to the festival's famous carpet for Mud, which also stars Reese Witherspoon. Reese arrived in the South of France with her husband, Jim Toth, just yesterday and we can't wait to see the glamorous looks she chooses for her many events. Nicole, Reese, Zac, and Matthew may all be friendly at the festival, but they're in direct competition for the top spot in the PopSugar 100. Clive Owen was the man in the middle last night when he celebrated the launch of Vertu's Constellation smartphone at Milan's Palazzo Serbelloni with Uma Thurman, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Tilda Swinton, and Michelle Yeoh. Earlier in the day, Clive accompanied a guy pal for a bit of shopping. By the evening, Clive was in his dapper suit to mingle with other friends of the luxury communication company. It's certainly an exclusive brand — the gold version of the Constellation handset retails for $27,000, and the base model starts at $8,400! They've also collaborated in the past with Ferrari on a $25,400 phone. Clive might not have to buy his own model, but things are going well for him professionally. Millennium just picked up Intruders, Clive's thriller from Spanish director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, for distribution in the US with a planned release date in April.

He completed work on James Marsh's Shadow Dancers, which costars Andrea Riseborough and Gillian Anderson and is now prepping to report to the set of Cities. In the latter, Clive will play a hedge fund manager living the high life in the run up to the all-time Dow Jones stock market high. Aside from all the filmmaking, Clive's also indulged his philanthropic side. Clive is one of the many stars appearing in The F Word PSA for One along with George Clooney, Jessica Alba, Bono, and more.

Happy Friday! Here's hot Clive Owen striking a hot pose at a photocall at Spain's San Sebastian International Film Festival this morning. His Intruders is screening there, and Clive had director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo as well as costars Carice van Houten, Ella Purnell, Daniel Bruhl, and Pilar Lopez de Ayala for company. The group also attended a press conference for the project. Clive said of their thriller Intruders, "I wouldn't really call it a horror film, it's much deeper, more psychological . . . All the fear and trepidation, the danger in the movie, it's within the characters, so it's a pleasure acting in a role like this. It was an ambitious thing to tie all the elements together and to bring them back on an emotional way. I was hugely excited by the possibilities and that's why I have done it." Clive's fresh off another round of photos and interviews over at Toronto, where he and Jason Statham did press for their movie The Killer Elite last weekend.

The last few days were star-studded ones during the Toronto Film Festival. Jon Hamm joined his movie-making and real-life partner, Jennifer Westfeldt, on Friday evening to premiere their Friends With Kids. Jon and Jennifer had their costars Adam Scott and Megan Fox, who wore a little red dress, on the carpet. Clive Owen was the hottie posing for cameras Saturday at a screening of Killer Elite with costar Jason Statham. Yesterday, Elizabeth Olsen showed off Martha Marcy May Marlene with Hugh Dancy and Sarah Paulson, and Diego Luna joined Gael Garcia Bernal to debut the picture Miss Bala that they produced. Antonio Banderas attended the premiere of Pedro Almodovar's The Skin I Live In with wife Melanie Griffith on his arm. Clive Owen teamed up with hot couple Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger last night for Jaeger-Lecoultre's 80th anniversary bash at Les Beaux-Arts de Paris. Hot actor Clive is a longtime fan of the watch and jewelry brand and has stepped out for many of its events over the last few years. Diane and Josh, who say they aim to spend half the year living in France, have been making the European party rounds, too. Josh was on Diane's arm for a fundraiser at the Louvre, while Diane Kruger attended the amFar gala solo last week in a hot red YSL gown to mingle with other stars like Fergie and Marc Jacobs. Clive has been laying low since wrapping Hemingway and Gellhorn with Nicole Kidman, but he's back and in top action hero form in the new The Killer Elite trailer alongside Jason Statham.
