It's been a long style journey for Cheryl Cole. She first appeared on our radar in 2002 when she joined girl band Girls Aloud as part of PopStars: The Rivals. Back then she had a real girl next door look (below left) but since then her style has continually improved. Over the past year she has appeared on the red carpet wearing gorgeous designer gowns by the likes of Matthew Williamson, and PPQ (below right) then today it was announced that she is to be a Vogue covergirl!
Following in the footsteps of fellow WAGs Coleen Rooney (who appeared in the magazine but not on the cover) and Victoria Beckham, Cheryl is said to be "very excited". What do you think of Cheryl appearing on the style bible cover?

I think cheryl is lovely, because she has a pleasant demeanour without being over the top and ridiculous like myleene klass.
1I think it's a great idea. She's beautiful, fashionable and in the limelight - everything that Vogue is about. And she seems to be a rising star apart from the group.
2I doubt I'll be buying it that month.
3I love Chezza but I wish Vogue would go back to having models on the cover. UK Vogue is almost as bad as US Vogue at the moment in terms of covergirls.
4i liked her until she started doing the x-factor. she has such a sour attitude. it seems like she's not a nice person to people unless it helps her in some way.

6ewww, I don't like anything about her - her face looks squished. I don't think she is fashionable or talented at all, and I find her so annoying...

9shes pretty and everything but i dont see why everyone has some obsession with her, if it wasnt for ashley cheating on her she'd just be another member of girls aloud..
